Sofa Stitch
These terms explain how ordering from Sofa Stitch works — how your order is placed and confirmed, how you pay, how delivery works, and the rights you have. Please read them before you order.

This website is operated by SOFA STITCH ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order with us — through our website or on WhatsApp — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't place an order.
You browse our collections on the website and place your order by messaging us on WhatsApp, either by tapping an "Order" button or completing the order form, which sends your details to us on WhatsApp. We'll then confirm the details, size, fabric, price, and delivery with you directly.
Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order and agree to fulfil it. Until we confirm, we may decline an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, we can't deliver to your area, or there's an error in the price or description.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include free delivery within the United Kingdom, unless stated otherwise. We take care to price everything correctly, but if we spot a genuine error before your order is confirmed, we'll tell you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.
All orders are paid by cash on delivery. There is no online payment. Payment is due in full, in cash, to the delivery driver at the point your order is delivered and you're happy to accept it. Because you pay on delivery, you can inspect your order at your door before paying — if it's not right, you can decline it and pay nothing.
We deliver across the United Kingdom, free of charge. We'll agree an expected delivery window with you when we confirm your order. Delivery timeframes are estimates and, while we work hard to meet them, they aren't guaranteed. If we expect a significant delay, we'll let you know. Full details are in our Delivery information.
Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive and pay for the order. If no one is available at the agreed time, we may need to rearrange delivery.
Sofas made to your own measurements, or in a fabric or colour chosen specifically for your order, are made to order for you. These custom items can't be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where they arrive faulty or not as described. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Because screens vary, actual fabric colours and textures may differ slightly from how they appear online. Dimensions are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. If exact colour or size matters to you, ask us before ordering.
Your rights to cancel a standard order, return an item, and deal with faulty or damaged goods are set out in full in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We're not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for private, domestic use.
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales (or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the courts there).
